Episode 308 - J.E.A. Wallace's Top 5 films to be quarantined with and other gubbins
In these troubled times, stuck inside and cut off from our families and friends, one podcast decides to do what all the other podcasts are doing and continue on, basically as normal.
That's right! The ultimate shut-in pastime has survived and while I can no longer sit opposite my co-host Jim Wallace in a diner to record the show - and that's sort of a blessing if I am honest - I can hop on a newfangled device called Skype and jaw the night away with him in safety.
We are doing a new series with different podcast guests where we talk through a Top 5 with them and, this week, Jim and I are presenting our Top 5 films to be quarantined with. We also answer listeners questions at length about Hollywood, streaming, the best claustrophobic movies, the movies we'd use to learn a foreign language, remakes and much much more!
Whatever you do, never mention Beyond The Poseidon Adventure to me again. EVER.
