Official Synopsis: Scofflaws are dealing illegal fireworks in the peaceful town of Woodsville Center! The noisy nuisance bothers babies, dogs, and Criminal Concerns Officer Rusty Sinclair (Matt Farley—The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon; Freaky Farley). Though Rusty is incensed, big town hall brass couldn’t care less, and they assign Rusty an older, slower partner (Jim McHugh—Don’t Let the Riverbeast Get You!) to cool his jets.

It’s an election year, so the Mayor’s concerns are centered on the challenger to his position— Vance (Brendon Walsh—The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson; The Bone Zone Podcast), who, with the help of his manager Elden (Randy Liedtke—Conan; The Bone Zone Podcast), is running a campaign with the slogan “The Power of Hugs.”

Meanwhile, a far more dangerous and sinister problem has invaded Woodsville Center—a supernatural, eternal villain with curious and devastating powers! Armed with their trusty slingshots, Rusty and Wolf assemble a team of freedom fighters, including: a kind vigilante known as The Eastern European (Tom Scalzo—Don’t Let the Riverbeast Get You!); Annabelle, a courageous officer (Sharon Scalzo—Monsters, Marriage, and Murder in Manchvegas); and talented town singer/songwriter, Keira (Elizabeth Peterson—Local Legends}.

In the annals of supernatural fiends who’ve invaded small towns, this battle is sure to command some note!

The Power of Hugs! In the feature film SLINGSHOT COPS, Vance Scanlon (Brendon Walsh) is running for mayor of Woodsville Center, with Elden Truebee (Randy Liedtke) as his campaign manager. In addition to helping save the town from a supernatural menace, Criminal Concerns Officer Rusty Sinclair (Matt Farley) must deal with these guys.
