As highlighted on a recent episode of 60 Minutes (airdate: April 30, 2017) and reported by Lara Logan, Norman Seeff is a world renowned photographer and director who has produced some of the most iconic images of all time.  Norman began filming his photo sessions in the early 1970s and kept filming for the next forty years, with each filmed session capturing some of the most celebrated pop culture moments in history along the way. Norman treated each session like an interview with the artist about their loves, lives, challenges, triumphs, and their unique creative process. Decades worth of Seeff’s historic private archives, over 500 filmed sessions, are currently being readied for audiences, who will now get a once in a lifetime chance to bear witness to epic private moments in history with the most important artists that have ever lived.

Ryan McNeily and David Sherman at WME are handling worldwide sales for “The Sessions Project.”

“Early on I realized that to accomplish the vitality and authenticity I was looking for in my photographs required a new approach” explains Norman Seeff, “So I created the photo session as a laboratory for these iconic artists to explore their creativity, and captured it all on film.”

“From the moment I learned about this one-of-a-kind archive from Norman himself over 20 years ago, it was never far from my consciousness, and I knew it would make for an unprecedented television experience. I cannot wait to share this amazing footage with the world.” adds Derik Murray.
